Closing Process

Negotiate a deal, either in the form of a written contract or a handshake.

Buyer will obtain financing or may be preapproved.
3
Contract is delivered to the title company by a realtor, lender, buyer, or seller. A closing and title file will be created.

Inspections, appraisals, and review of title work by buyer.
5
Once all terms have been agreed to, closing occurs.
