Boyd & Boyd, Inc. has served Callaway County, Missouri since 1934. To the company’s acclaim, we are the only title company operating in Callaway County to house a complete set of county records. Boyd & Boyd, Inc. is proud to be a Five-generation family business. The company has long been committed to accurate title work, dependable service, and helping real estate transactions move forward smoothly. Boyd & Boyd’s history began when Clyde R. Boyd, an attorney, and his wife Christine purchased the Guthrie title plant. Over time, the business grew, expanded, and became one of the trusted names in Missouri title services. Through multiple generations, the Boyd family continued to serve customers with care, professionalism, and a commitment to doing the job right. Today, Boyd & Boyd continues that same tradition of service.
Company Timeline
1934 — Boyd & Boyd, Inc. begins serving Callaway County in the title industry.
1946 — Boyd & Boyd, Inc. develops and maintains important title records that help support accurate title searches.
1967 — Boyd & Boyd, Inc constructed a new building at 106 East Fourth Street.
2004 — A more modern office was built at 204 East Fifth Street.
Today — Boyd & Boyd, Inc continues to serve Missouri with five generations of title experience.
